Dr Olatunji Peter Folorunso had his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria (Now Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti Nigeria) in year 2000. He obtained his Master of Engineering (M.Eng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin in 2006 and his PhD from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2015. He is presently a Senior Lecturer in the Department and currently, his research interest is focused on evaluating the dynamics of change in flow field when heterogeneous roughness is present in open channel system.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Registered Engineer.
